    and by open, i mean the program actually started and in the tray,

    because i have set it to not start on startup i was wondering if my oc is still being applied

    I would assume you need it at least open down in the tray. Run GPUZ to see what speed your card is running at if you want to know for sure.

    yep you were right. gpu-z reports it at stock until i open it. cheers
