    That cable will work, though you don't need anything fancy though. A 7.5 meter patch cable isn't going to magically make your internet go faster by making up for the other 1000+ meters going to the station. If the cable can have 100 Mbit/s transferred over it you have to find a internet connection to supply it, and that certianly wont be over phone lines.

    Just goto your nearest radioshack or equivalent and pick up a regular phone cable, for around $5 you will get what you need, compared to that which is around $12 and won't make a difference.

    Though I'm sure if you ask nice enough you can get the phone company to replace all the lines from the service station to your house with 99.99999% pure OFC shielded lines with ferrites every 50m. It may cost you $50,000 but you may get an extra 5K/s out of your connection.
