You tell them that!!! They are always trying to run my life and when I had my daughter it got worse and they are always trying to tell me how to bring her up etc. I didn't come to uni to get away from her -I want to get a qualification so I can get a decent job to support myself and her. They will only let me go home every three weeks to see her because and I quote " It will disrupt my daughter if I come home and then have to go again".

    They make me so mad!!!!:wallbash:

I could tell you more but I would be here forever!!!

I wasnt saying you were :).

At least my dad has an excuse - he was in a bad car accident (we hit a brick wall at 35+ mph). He was hit by cars about 3-5 times total (car ran over his foot, hit & run etc.). None of it could have done any 'good' to his mental state.

Go ahead if you want. If it helps to get it out, by all means continue :)

Hey I don't mind other people not sharing my opinion.

However, You (and thats aimed at no one in particular) certainly seem to.
Perhaps you should "lick the other stamp" as they say and accept other peoples views may be different to your own.

Oh And Sammy, you seem to have delusions of grandeur :hehe:

    Aaaaannnnnnnnd....

A couple of months ago, I was sitting on the sofa reading a book whilst my mum was watching some random thing on TV when a woman with an american accent said something along the lines of 'I should be picked because I am the only native britain here.'

I (without looking up) said "...with an accent like that...?" My mum immediately stated that "She could have been born in this country, same as you and me. Don't judge people on how they look." then I looked up and the woman was black.

So not only does my mum not listen to my views on anything, she's as thick as pig****.

If you were refering to me I have no problem accepting other people's opinions or that peoples views are different!!! You just seem like you can never say anything positive to anyone!

And you leave Sammy alone-at least he's nice to me and other people!!!!
