Anyone know of any good dock programs? I need one that will actually run on vista 64 bit, and as far as i know neither star dock or rocket dock will do so.

I preferred rocketdock till i went onto 64 bit....

Doesn't V64 let programs run on emulated 32-bit? Also, I use RKLauncher, which I've found to be fantastic, but I'm on XP not Vista and don't know whether it works, I assume it does on Vista

I have used rocketdock on vista 64 and it runs just fine, you can use object dock items with it aswell.

I prefer it to object dock mainly because of the default skins and the icons.

kenco what is that wifi and cpu usage thing you have in the bottle-middle of your screen?

And that weather thing, I thought it was vista sidebar but there is no annoying fade out on the egde.

I use Yahoo widgets, which autohides on the left. The wifi and cpu meter is a widget called Neon Guages. Here's the weather one. The only annoying thing is when you change the screen resolution (when playing games for example) the widgets become displaced - takes a second to put them back though, just a case of drag n drop.

Cheers for that, just installed it on my laptop. They look really nice. The only problem being the little docking part of it never fully autohides, I find it very distracting.

But back to original thread, rocketdock definatly works on vista 64, both me and kenco can vouch (sp?) for this.
