Didnt read a lot of the posts.

But check out baseband from BT. £700 install, £150ish a year rental, 2.8mb ish both ways.

Also NTL are doing an £800 install, £155 a month, 100mb both ways connection too.

    All depends on your exchange.

You wont find pricing online obviously, but theres the info.

Thats for termination in one of their pops, you have to cater your own bandwidth (i think), cant remember, was a while since I spoke to my account manager about this.

The £800/£155 are figures that I have in my head, I think thats what he quoted me.

Look at Nildram as well - they are now offering a Bonded ADSL service which is basically multilink PPP running over multiple ADSL lines to provide greater bandwidth [up to 4 so 1M upstream] anywhere where you can already get ADSL. A 1M down/512K up line can be had for around 100 quid/month.
