I'm not sure if this post is allowed.....

I ran out of money dealing with problems with my current build and couldn't afford to cool the RAM.
It's standard RAM, 4 sticks, so I'd need a waterblock and plays such as EK monarch plates.

If anyone has such a set in their spare parts I'll happily pay sensible money.

If it's any help it's not normally worth watercooling RAM unless you want the extra bling (I do and have) as it can cope with very high temperatures (I think around 80-85ºC).

Although the Monarch block is good for fitting to Dominator GT RAM fitting the plates to other RAM often requires the removal of the current heatspreader and there's a serious risk of ripping the chip from the board as the glue some manufacturers use can be quite strong.

Dominator GTs actually do use glue, just saying. I ruined a stick to find that one out. That was a costly mistake. :D

It's honestly not worth it, just like Big Elf said. RAM doesn't run very warm and it is just a bling option rather than anything else.

The way that you use the Monarch Block on the Dominators is to remove the top heatsink fins with an allen key and then just screw the block onto the top of the RAM. You don't need to remove the glued-on heatspreaders from the side. It would be different with another style waterblock though.

Yep, I know RAM doesn't need the cooling, it's just an aesthetic thing which is why I compromised there.
I have worked with these parts several times before on client builds. :)
My RAM is Gskill, their heatsinks haven't given me much trouble in the past, Dominator RAM is out of my price range personally, though I have used it before, nice and easy to add a waterblock, but I need the adapter plates for this build. As I said I ran out of budget and that was something I could drop without affecting performance but if I can get my hands on a second-hand set at an affordable price then I'll be able to build the water loop as intended.

You might be better off putting up a wanted post in the marketplace.

Just seen this, they look like they'll take a water block?
If it's a set of 4 I'm interested, though I've just had an unexpected expense that may be accompanied by a dead graphics card :jawdrop:
