    Damn, he was a great character on SG-1, big part of what made it good.

    It's a shame but the guy has been quite ill for a long time.

    Looking forward to Continuum, RIP man.

    I had the privilege of meeting him several times while working at Stargate conventions a few years ago.

    He was one of the nicest people you could hope to meet. Witty, charming, a great storyteller, and a damn fine artist to boot!
    He will be missed. The release of Continuum may be delayed a day or to for the studio to add an "In Memory of..." caption to the DVD.

    Just watched Continuum, it was odd when we saw him on screen but in a nice way. He really will be missed.

    Wow, that sucks. I still see him on 'Twin Peaks' and Scully's dad on 'X-Files'. Never got into SG-1, but I want to. Just don't have the time.
