Whilst in the pub today, after the football, I heard a very familiar sound. One that would send shivers down my spine. It was the Doom 3 CD autoplay noise. I quickly spun around in an attempt to pin point the source, but there were no Hellknights, or imps, running around. Then I noticed that it was actually comming from an advert for the cricket. Did I hear it right? And before you ask: no, I wasn't in a drunken stupor.
