Does CCleaner also do drivers
If the free version of CCleaner doesn't clean up after driver uninstalls you may want to give Driver Sweeper a try, although it only covers NVIDIA (Display and Chipset), ATI (Display), Creative (Sound) Realtek (Sound), Ageia (PhysX) and Microsoft (Mouse). And more importantly hasn't been updated since 2010.

EDIT: This maybe worth a read if your trying to clean up after uninstalling drivers.
Do You Need to Use a Driver Cleaner When Upgrading Hardware Drivers?
