Well the a3 from putney southbound where it is pretty much 3 lanes I really don't see a reason for it not to be 70 from putney to the ace of spades, especially after like 11pm

The reason you didn't read that is because it's not actually in the OP although later in the thread it is said "he has been known to have driven with no insurance" but in this case he did have insurance

Nice advice Moose, on how to commit perjury (which can be worth actual jail time). :nono:

You also must have missed the part about the guy having been banned previously, so he hasn't learnt from that.

Personally, I think the only thing that could help him wake up to what he's doing is jail time.

Perjury is committed if a defendant lies about events concerning the actual crime. lying about ones social stauts is not perjury.

So, you call it perjury if you like, I call it saving my own skin. And one thing I have learnt in all these years is that you get nothing but shafted by playing by the establishments rules.

remember your not anonymous on an internet forum - IF the owners of this site are sued for information , they will either hand it over or face liability themselves.

Did you lie to the judge to affect the outcome of your court case?
A simple yes or no answer will suffice.

on the grounds of self incrimination and of the lack on anonymity on an internet forum do you want to answer that?

case point - on PPRUNE , a number of posters were saying a lot of nasty things about ryan air - who`s solicitors sued PPRUNE ; they ahd the choice - give up the posters details or become liable for the possible upcoming law suits.

    guess what PPRUNE then did.

yup , gave up the information.
