I have an IBM thinkpad 600X 2645-8EU with 64mb of onboard memory, this is not nearly enough.

I've been going crazy trying to find a 256 mb module that will work with this computer for less then $90.

    Any Help?

btw: I know that only pc100 memory will work, not pc133.

just received my new ram for my laptop and desktop from crucial within two days after i made my order at their website. its prize is very reasonable and the quality is good. just go to the site and type in your modle of your laptop and desktop and they will tell u what kinds of ram is suitable for u.
    highly recommanded.
