is it possible (as in, is there a free app or something) that can double the menu bar at the top of my screen and put it on both monitors, i have a powerbook and i have a display connected to it, and would like the top bar to be on both screens.

    thanks

    No to my knowledge.

I work with a 20" Dell display on my 12" Powerbook. And when connected I choose the 20" as my "main" screen. So then the menu bar and dock are on the 20" Screen. You can easily change this in the preferences. Simply drag the menu bar to the other screen.

It also remembers this position, so when I plug in the display it will immediatly switch the dock and menu bar.

    Hope this was helpfull,
    good luck.
