Displays Dual monitor resolustion

    i have recentlu bought a CIBox 22" lcd screen with the resolution 1680 x 1050, however when using as a dual screen with my fujitsu laptop as a dual screen, i can only get the monitor to run at 1280 x 720. it is powered from my laptop's built-in graphics card which is a Mobile Intel 935GM Express Chipset Family.

    asny suggestions of how to get the monitor running at full res?

    check your not running in Clone mode and if necessary check to see that it is designated as your primary monitor.
