"Heat has always been a common denominator with computer enthusiasts who have either purchased or custom built their own computer systems. It is no secret that stock cooling in most cases is adequate but yields poor results when hardware is either added or upgraded. The solution to the problem is to deploy a unique cooling solution to keep the ambient temperatures of a computer system down at a reasonable level. One of the very first products developed for controlling system temperatures with multiple fan configurations is the Baybus Controller. The original concept is credited to Cliff Anderson over at Fanbus.com who pioneered the idea and background work for standard and variable speed fan control devices. Once in a while the baybus concept is taken and re-worked to bring the original design to a whole new level. Today in the MTB Labs, we will be taking a look at the new generation Dual Voltage 6 Port Baybus, a unit that utilizes 8w channel switches to adjust the variable speed of case fans. "
