    I don't know about overclockability but I see the 1.3 as being cheaper on Pricewatch.com.

    Mind you, it's only a buck.

    Probably has to do AMD/retailers trying to unload their stocks of them and they just happen to have more 1.3s than 1.2s. It's not as though we're talking about a new processor.
