I can use my DV Camcorder as a webcam, and everything is fine, except for one problem.

Before I update to SP1 on XPH the cam works fine, but when I update, the cam sizes down and auto zooms in like 30%, and even if I zoom out on the cam, it still zooms in about 30%. Before I update to SP2 though it's fine. So, I assume it's a driver or something it's updating.

Anyone know what this is so I can remove the driver, or at least roll it back to it's older version.

    The camera is a JVC GR-DX27EK, running XPH SP2 on a DFI SLi Ultra 4gb ram, 3700+ @ 2.8Ghz with a 1900XT-X with 250gb Sata HDD.

Goto the device properties and click the button which says "Roll Back Driver"

it's probably an issue with how windows handles device control for you camera. do you have any stream switchers installed like morgan. I am not sure if it's related but i know on my setup if i have any stream switchers installed i can't capture from premiere elements.

    BTW my setup: Samsung SCD23

Hmm, I have the "k-lite codec mega pack" installed. Perhaps it's this? Though it worked when I had the codec pack installed before SP2..

Hmm, will have to try next re-format.
