Networks Dynamic IP, how to host server?

    Seems to me that I read somewhere that it was possible to host a web server on a machine that had a dynamic IP. Something about a service that made this possible?

    If anyone has a link, please post it here. I can see it happening...would take a routing service and a daily update from the server.
