    Hello,
I have just spent all week trying to decide which x79 mobo to get and decided to get a Gigabyte X79-UD5...... The problem is i just noticed its e-atx, the mobo is 305x264mm, my old x58 mobo was 305x244mm, its only 20millimeters larger than my old x58..... It should fit in a antec 1200?? Will most of the stand-offs line up??
I'm starting to think i should of kept me old x58 now...:wallbash:

    Many thanks.

Hi xxxsonic your mobo will fit in the 1200 but you will find it causes a few problems for cable routing as it partially obscures the rubber gromets along the side of the board .I have an E-atx board myself in the same case so i know it is possible to run cables but you will have to either place them before putting in mobo and use tape to hold them in place while screwing mobo down or only partially tighten screw so there is play in mobo seating so you can lift the edge of mobo to run cables as i did
