Spam Detective, + custom spam filter word list + outlook express. Spam Detective checks my pop3 boxes every 3 mins and chucks any spam it finds in the Trashed Mail box. If I for example get an email from BiT I get a message popping up telling me there's a reply to one of my subscribed threads. I can then delete it by clicking delete on the popup message and then proceed to check my subscribed threads. Any email from BiT that I don't delete goes into it's own folder in Outlook express. That's how things work round here, works pretty well :)

OutlookXP + Spanunnition, worked brilliantly until I came home and the dam thing won't work on my home computer. Might give this Mailwasher Pro a go...

I like Ximian Evolution on Linux and Outlook on Windows. I don't bother about spam as I never get Spam to my real email as I use a number of web mail accounts for registering to sites etc and who cares what gets sent to them! lol. Never been sent a virus to my pop 3 addresses either so heh! :naughty:

i use outlook XP on my laptop and home puter (2 different accounts, the lappy only hits the exchange server at school) and i dont use a spam filter because i always type in fake email addies where ever possible.

i really miss using pine though. text is all emails should be.
