"At first I thought the fans would produce some real poor lighting. The packaging is not impressive but the contents are not lacking. The overall design of the fan is good, I especially liked the fact that there is a fan grill included with the fan. What is really awkward is the white/blue tape around the interior of the fan that is suppose to protect the LED's. Upon removing this white taping I found that there is glue holding the LED's intact so the white/blue taping is to just cover the messy glue job. Either way the fan looks better without the taping around it..."
