In February I bought a number of items from e22 for doing custom cable modding. I paid immediately and received a confirmation email. However after a month I had received nothing. I sent them an email asking about the state of the order and received nothing back. I then emailed about 10 days ago further chasing up and still heard nothing. I appreciate that they are rolling back operations due to closing and that they are having a hard time but I do feel that this lead time with zero response is ridiculous. I was wondering if anyone has any advice or method of contacting them which is more effective than email.
It happens. I placed an order a few years ago for a crimp tool that was in stock and he never sent the items or responded to emails. I got a refund through Paypal. I seem to recall that a few other people never got replies but I can't remember whether they were related to orders or just general enquiries.
Oh man that kinda sucks I guess I will just have to do that then. Just like to give people benefit of the doubt
I think e22 wound things up due to his wife's illness? Maybe someone else is monitoring the store for any remaining stock sales.
The website is currently in the throws of a closing down sale hence giving them time to respond but I think this is slightly ridiculous. I did even account for that fact in the email I sent but never got a response either time. It is sad to hear that they are having such an awful time but IMO why not just stop the website altogether?
