Well at least I tried. I will give it another go and see if I can do better.

I hate this fad for 3D, I wish it would go away. now.

Except you're trying to focus on a 3D image on a 2D plain, this tricks your eyes into focusing in front of (or behind) the real image, a recipe for eye strain & headaches...

Even a Samsung funded study found certain kinds of 3D TV causes eye strain.

I've used LCS 3d and also head mounted 3d visor (having owned both) and not encountered headaches. I get more eye strain from focusing my eyes on a 2d screen in front of me for some hours. When I was using Fresnel in conjunction with 2d or 3d display, eye strain was less of an issue because the focal plane was extended far behind the monitor surface. 3d has never caused me any headaches.

It seems it doesn't take much for people here to get a headache. I have a friend who says he can only play CSS because any other game makes him sick. I should direct him here because he will fit right in with you people.

Glad to see they finally realized it's a stupid fad.

I thought I'd comment on this, as coming from EA I think this is a complete joke of a statement.

I've been using Nvidia's 3D Vision for roughly 7 months now. I'm fairly sure folk who view it as a "fad" are just going with the crowd and haven't tried it. After already playing through Batman AA I thought I'd try it again with 3D Vision... It's pure brilliance, and adds a whole new depth (quite literally) to the experience. That's not to say there aren't games which execute it poorly.

What makes me laugh about this is, I can't think of one single title that has been released by EA, for the PC at least, which supports Stereoscopic vision. I've been left disappointed by this every time.

    Crysis 2 not included.

So to then jump over into the console market sector and say it's not worth it when you've not even tried all avenues is just a lolstatement.
