EA buys 20% of ubisoft which can only imply it is positioning itself for a takeover. Will every game in the future be from EA?? Will the devil rise and every time someone puts in a CD into their drive convert them into the devils children in some hidden, subconcious satanic ritual?.. only time will tell.

/goes and plays burnout 3, noting skin seems to be a little redder than usual.

    lol.

Ubisoft have been responsible for some of my favourite games over recent months. I would hate for titles like Prince of Persia and Far Cry to have been given the EA treatment.

Annoying, yes...My DVD player appears to have the mother of all 'menu' buttons - I haven't found a DVD yet that I can't skip to menu on :D

Something about EA unnerves me...dunno what though :/

They represent evil in the gaming world?

Adverts in games, unskippable sequences, treating employees like shoe **** and releasing half finished games??

The poor quality and coded games?
The horrible horrible "TRAX" music system?

I could go on. The last 2 EA Games I got haven't worked properly on my system, after recently getting Far Cry I really like Ubisoft. I hope someone puts a stop to EA and their evil ways.

I don't get it why people hate EA, but I personally like em. Ubisoft is an ok company, but it pretty much needs to be gone.

Go wash your mouth out with some soap boy, dont even think nasty thoughts like that. Funny i was having this conversation with my mate today and he concluded they were after world domination as well. They got away with the nfsu series cause it was great altho very buggy but everything else is just tripe, esp any demo's they ever release... nooooooooo :worried:

The worst thing that will come from this is that EA as a monopoly will just squeeze any inspirational games from the market. Don't get me wrong i like fifa 2005 and nfl 2005 but i couldn't survive onontly these games whch tbh don't see much in the way of change over the years.

EA need to drop into the sun and leave small GOOD developers to compete to develop GOOD games... True, EA have made some good games however that's mainly because they've got all the bloody programmers! :D ..... :sigh:

I don't think you an clothes were to be challenged at the same time.... more like don't wear clothes and battle with you on forums. Not battle with you about your clothing habits.

At least that's what I really hope he meant.
