I've been modding my case a bit and this is the result... [KEEP IN MIND: this is my first (low budget!) mod so please be gentle ] SYSTEM Asus P4P800 Deluxe P4 2.8Ghz FSB800 @ 3.06Ghz 512MB DDR-400 PC3200 Seagate Barracuda IV 80GB SATA HDD Antec Truepower 431W PSU Hercules Radeon 9800 pro Creative Audigy II Platinum Ex DVD-ROM CD-RW standard floppy Argentum Aluminium Case Creative 6700 6.1 speakers Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard Logitech MX700 Philips 109B 19" monitor EXTRAS 3 case fans (2 blue w/ blue leds, 1 standard) meshed PSU cables 2* CCFL blue (30cm) switch in front is for the CCFL lights case badge is home made but the one on the photo was just a test, it will be replaced by a better one! YET TO COME I'm saving money for a better CPU cooler (probably Coolermaster Aero serie) and also for a fan controller (I'm thinking of building that myself...) Ermm that's all I can think of for now. Hope ya like it...
nice nice i'm working at my mod now and wen i finished it i hope it will look so pretty like that case
That front intake fan is AWESOME. 1. Stealth them drives or match em! 2. CUT OUT THOSE REAR FAN GRILLS! Yeh, just messing with you. Great mod, what do you have planned for it?
hehe ok To be honoust with you, I did not make the front intake myself. It was premodded sssssshhh ermm future plans fancontroller - better cpu cooler Better cable managment, not sure how but it can certainly be done better. I'm going to make another side panel (nicer window, with other fan grills etc) Maybe I'm going to cut another blowhole in the toppanel... Stealthed drive bays, I'm not sure if I'll do that. Rear wont be changed I like the effect in my room with all the blue dots Maybe I'll add a baybus mod with some leds... It's far from finished
Thought I'd seen that case somewhere before - that intake looked familiar somehow - thing they had them at scan.co.uk for a while - cracking case though mate - looks tidy
Nice case, dude but I'm moving into Modding If you wanna post in-progress pics and write up a bit about each step I'll happily move it back into Project Logs, just drop me an email *n
yeah look at my budget mod-- started off looking ****e but looks really amazing now and apart from the new mobo and cpu and ram, it only cost me about £40
ok Penski, maybe I'll do that but I forgot to take pictures while working on it, stupid me Otherwise you could all enjoy my cut off fingers, electric shocks etc
