Anyone else from around the Leicester area just feel the earthquake?
I am in coalville and I didnt feel anything but friends of mine on Facebook around here are saying they did...
It seems more on the Rutland side of things. Never realised there was someone close I work in Hinckley a lot of the time
Ahh that'd probably explain it then, saying that though I have been hearing a few rumbles like thunder today, possibly related who knows?
and yeh not too far away I'm right at the base of Bardon Hill, good for walks in the summer
Wasn't there an earthquake down south yesterday too?
Dunno. This one was a 3.8 according to USGS apparently.
Yep, definitely different quake..., The one yesterday was 2.9...
3.8 according to BGS as well
Literally just got asked this on Mumble, no I didn't
Nope, but I try and get out of Leicester before darkness falls.
I just knew that on social media through my friend.
The tinfoil-hatted crusty treehuggers will blame fracking in 3...2...1...
I'm trying to go through all the natural disasters. I've survived an earthquake and a hurricane now and been close to a tornado! Next up Tsunami?
