News EA's On The House releases Syndicate for free

I never played Syndicate but it looked interesting. I miss Bullfrog though. Magic Carpet was one of my favorite games and I still have yet to find a game that really captures what that game did. There are plenty of similar games but nothing that used everything that made the game so great.

 

My library grows and grows but not a penny has been spent at Origin.

 

I used to do the same until I realised:

'My library grows and grows but not a minute has been spent playing these Origin games.'

So I gave up worrying about access to games I have very little likelihood of ever playing.

 

Man, Syndicate... I'd be seriously hyped for this if my original disk wasn't eight feet away right now... and I think unused since the turn of the century.

 

First Theme Hospital and now Syndicate, bit of a Bullfrog theme is starting to emerge.

Maybe Dungeon Keeper will be next. I was never a huge fan of the game personally (was all about Theme Hospital for me), but I know loads of people love it.
