    for some reason ebay is not accepting my solo card number so I'm unable to sign up for an ebay account at the moment I only have hotmail and ntlworld email accounts. so does anyone know another way for me to sign up.

    does bit-tech look like e-bay customer care now?

    surely you would get a better response emailing ebay?

    You gotta be 18 to use ebay, therfore solo is no good as 16yr olds can get them.

    I'm signe dup with a solo but I believe they've stopped accepting them now..

    You don't need to give your credit card number anyway....

    After all what about people without credit cards... they exist y'know..

    You only need to enter your card number if you want to sell something (to pay for the listing etc.)

    ok lets take this from the top

    1. I'm 34

    2. yes I do have other cards but ebay don't take american express gold cards

    3. yes people with out credit cards do exist but ebay require either two email addresses or a credit card number

    4. no this does'nt look like ebay customer care but I figured other people might have had the same problem and found a way around it

    5. I did email ebay customer care and they suggest I contact my bank as according to them their system accepts solo cards.

    6. before any one asks the reason I have a solo card and an american express card is because I've had the solo card for years and it comes in handy just having it sat in the glove box of the car.
