Like, somewhere that doesn't have extradition laws? I'm glad to see him get what's due; too bad Martha Stewart didn't get as much. Fraud is fraud as far as I'm concerned. I only wish more of these corporate pirates could be reeled in! How long has it been since the Enron fiasco? A lot of those people are still looking for their retirement money, while Ken Lay and his wife have a nice nest egg waiting for them in 2007, assuming they avoid the same fate when (if) he goes to trial. -monkey
Too bad the prison he'll go to probably won't even have fences. It'll probably be as minimum security as it gets. One guy that came into my economics class not only got his sentence bidded down for talking to people about corporate crime, but the prison he's at only has fences around about 50 percent of the compund.
