I've just been on the phone to ebuyer to arrange an RMA for a faulty Asus 4870. The email i recieved says return the item with manual / cables / cds etc but i think i've lost a few pieces. I have most of the cables, one of the manuals but no driver cd. Think they'll notice? Thanks
You'll probably be fine, just send 'er back. Odd that they want everything, I recall most of my RMAs (including eBuyer) have specifically requested that the product is returned without CDs, manual, cables etc.
I guess it depends whther they query it and send it on to the manufacturer (happened to firend with Novatech) who will probably be fussy about all the stuff. Un likely to happen though
Sorry to go off topic but does anyone else see that palorx's av is basically putting three fingers into a ring? I mean... seriously... is it just me?
