    I'd be happy to help:
First off, antenna for what type of signal? Radio(AM/FM)? Keyboard/Mouse? WiFi? GPS? ATSC? DVB-T? HSDPA? etc.

    Internal antennas or external?

    Internal
I'd recommend using something like this

Here's where I installed my antennas - with great success:*click for big*

    External
The process is a little more tricky. You could do what I did for my TV tuner and 'carve' out your modem port, because the modem ship isn't even installed on the eeePC motherboard.

Here's my TV tuner antenna connection: *click for big*

I'm not exactly sure what kind of connector you should use, but I'm sure there are wifi antenna connectors out there that would work.
    Hope that helps.

I'd really suggest heading over to the eeeUser forums. Sign up and post your query in the Hacks and Mods section. I'm sure someone out there has done it and has a tutorial for it.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but taking my convoluted eeePC apart is a challenge in itself.

    Goodluck!

For the wireless to work optimally, you are going to need two antennas. It will work with one, but your throughput might be affected. For only one antenna, you're going to need a ufl to rpsma female bulkhead pigtail. Rsma connectors are the one's that D-Link devices usually use, they're about a quarter inch in diameter. Remove the modem jack from the logic board and drill a hole for the adapter in the jack plug. The ufl connector will attach to the main connector on the wifi card, you can try it with the aux still attached, but I'd leave it unplugged. Cover the ends of the internal antenna cables with tape so they don't short something! Put it all back together and screw on your external antenna.

You can get the pigtail from here,

the 6" one will be plenty long enough.
Don't forget to get an antenna.
