    Ok so I have started soldering my circuit but it isn't going very well. I have a 50W iron and lead free silver solder, Basically when the iron melts the solder it doesn't stay on the iron or board but forms a small ball that rolls off.... So I need some flux, is this stuff suitable?

    Ok Maplins soldering irons are ****.

    Tried my £10 18W thing and it works like a dream :)
