    wahoo! just got 5 viruses in my email today. This is a new record. :D

    I've stopped using outlook completely now, I just use web-base email cos I was getting so many :(

    i think its funny that they make it so obvious that there is a virus attached. :D

    AVG caught them as soon as I recieved them but I formatted fully just incase, inc. a low format and destroying partitions - viruses scare me :blah:

    I keep gettint 2 all the time... one is a message with the subject "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!" (& it tries to autoexecute) and another one is Subject - Snow White and the body is "It was snow white's birthday and the seven dwarfes wanted to give her a supprise, this is what they did" and it's a screensaver... grrrr. I get it about 3 times a day, and it's not a small download each time!

    I thought I was the only one! I got 10 today, and quite a few of those Norton didn't even pick up. It's getting beyond a joke now. Suppose in a way its good because more people are calling me up to remove email virii (sp?).

    EDIT: Forgot to rant about how it takes so ****ing long on 56k to download all those ****ing email viruses and all the ****ers who ****ing write them can go to ****ing hell **** **** arse **** barbara streisand :miffed: :miffed: :miffed: :miffed:

    i must be hideously lucky as i never get viruses sent to me @ all (probably one of the advantages of being in no ones e-mail adress list as not many people like me :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: :cries: )

    I know I'm tepting fate and all that, but I have never recieved an E-mail virus... and I recieve about 60 e-mails a day.

    i never used to get any either but when i started writing for phlux they just kept on coming. :)

    set up a mail rule so that the messages are not downloaded from the server.

    /me has only had 1.. which was sent by one of the few ppl who seem to have me on their address book... and NAV caught it silly badtrans virus :p

    oh and Adam i believe 'virii' is the correct plural of virus as u said ;)
