Electronics empty RGB holes in my daughter board pcb

im modding a third party ps one lcd monitor and noticed this on its daughter board is it posible to use these to conect to a vga monitor

 

Mabye, but you need V-sync and H-sync

 

which isnt posibble is it?

By doing a continuitity test on the daughter board for the monitor ive found only 2 conections from the Ps ONe A/V Plug which go to the lcd controler board

 

after an on/off switch and a Game/A/v select switch there are only 6 wires going to the controller board plus a Ground wire one off the 6 goes to the so called speakers But i dont want sound just a Vga output
