A/V encode a Mp3 file to another Mp3 file

    To encode a Mp3 file to another Mp3 file [both files on local disk], for such purposes like changing bit rate, etc., is the following graph correct? If not, what correction should be made? File source [Async]-->MPEG-I stream splitter- -> FFD show Audio Decoder- ->LAME Audio Encoder- -> Dump.

    you will lose a lot of quality doing this. it's better to go back to the original source - much better.
