The Relentless in the green can, seems to work well, I drink a can before I ride my bike. The only reason I presume it doesn't give you an epic blood sugar level drop after a bit (sugar crash if you like, up then down), is half of the drink is juice, therefore the lower GI sugars (lower than dextrose and similar), and lower than sucrose (table sugar) mean it has a bit more longevity.
