Scratch Build – In Progress [Enermax Contest @ We-Mod-it] "HAVA" by Paladin

Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich auch die Blende fertig gefräst und mal testweise eingebaut.

Hier sind auch noch die Linsenschrauben zu sehen, die wurden aber mittlerweile schon durch Senkkopfschrauben ausgetauscht wie man später sieht.

Als nächstes habe ich die Befestigungslöcher für die Karten gebohrt und das Gewinde rein geschnitten.

Hier mal test weise ne Karte eingebaut.

Als nächstes habe ich dann die Löcher für die Mainboardabstandshalter gebohrt.
Dafür habe ich das Dummymainboard einfach mit Zwingen Fixiert.

Um den CPU Kühler auch im eingebauten zustand zu Wechseln habe ich in das Tray eine Öffnung geschnitten.

Around the cooler CPU also in the inserted one are entitled to changes I have cut in the Tray an opening.



Um die Öffnung wegen dem Airflow wieder zu schliessen habe ich dafür aus einem Seitendeckel von einem Cooler Master Case einen Deckel raus geschnitten.

Hier sind auch schon die Abstandshalter eingebaut. Dafon habe ich je 2 Stück genommen, somit kommt das Board weiter weg vom Tray. Dann haben da Kabel dahinter platz.

Ausserdem ist meine Bestellung der neuen Fräser gekommen.

Die habe ich dann auch gleich getestet.
Ich mußte das IO Panel etwas versenken da ich das Board etwas zu fest an die Blende gedrückt habe und somit die Schrauben nicht mehr in die Abstandshalter bekommen habe.
Dabei ist aber ein mega Malheur passiert. Der Fräser ist aus der Spanbacke gerutscht und hat sich durch die Blende gefressen

:deu: Also, heute wollte ich schon modden, hatte aber einen Zahnarzt Termin, morgen Vormittag muß ich noch von einer Bekannten eine Duschkabine montieren, also geht es dann am Nachmittag mit dem Modden wieder weiter.

In der wenigen Zeit die ich heute Hatte habe ich mich mal an ein Logo für das Case gemacht.

Was haltet ihr davon? Aber jetzt nicht auf die Farbe achten, da es am Case keine geben wird, da ich die Schrift einfräsen oder Sandstrahlen will.

Hi Leute, ich lasse auch mal wieder was von mir hören

Heute habe in das Tray mal die Schlitze geschnitten dur die alle Kabel geführt werden sollen.
Da ich abgerundete Ecken haben wollte habe ich in allen Ecken 4mm Löcher gebohrt.

Jetzt bin ich am Überlgen wie ich die Löcher wieder zu mache. Entweder ich mach da Gummi, Bürsten oder Schaumstoff flächenbündig rein. Oder habt ihr eine bessere Idee?

Eine 2. Überlegung hatte ich auch noch, und zwar Bleche mit den Bohrungen für die Kabel, aber das ist viel aufwendiger. Da müsste man bei jedem Boardwechsel neue Bleche machen da ja die Anschlüsse nicht immer an der selben Stelle sind.

Ihr könnt euch ja noch an den Deckel erinnern der zum Wechseln des CPU Kühlers gedacht ist. Der ist ja mal nicht so der Brüller geworden, daher hab ich einen neuen gemacht.

Ich hab mir jetzt auch mal das Armaflex zeug angeschaut. Das bei AT ist zu dick. Ich bräuchte wenn dann 3mm Material.

Ich bin am überlegen aus Aluminium module zu machen die man dann anordnen kann wie man sie braucht. Also Plättchen mit entsprechenden Bohrungen die dann eingeklipst oder festgeschraubt werden.
Mal schauen wie ich das machen, hat ja noch zeit.

Heute habe ich mich endlich dazu überwunden mit den Radiatoren anzufangen.
Wie gesagt sind die Seitendeckel aus 2 Aluplatten a´3mm. In diese werden beidseitig kanäle eingefräst.
Um gut Fräsen zu können habe ich mir aus einem Küchenarbeitsplatten stück einen Arbeitsplatz gemacht an dem ich gut alles fest spannen kann.

Nach dem austüfteln und einstellen der Fräse ging es dann auch schon los.

Wie man sieht sind immer 3 Kanäle zusammengefasst, das ich den Querschnitt von einem 13/10er Schlauch bekommen. Das sind ca. 0,78cm² was so ein Schlauch hat. Ich hab jetzt 3 Kanäle mit ca. 3x9mm.

I'm really impressed with the router work. I know how difficult it is to do channels like that in aluminum. That motherboard tray turned out nice as well.

Also, schiene Nachrutschen, anzeichnen und Losfräsen. Die schwarzen Punkte sind dafür da, das ich weis das in ein paar mm die angerissene Line kommt und ich nicht drüber fräse.
So ging das dann paar Stunden...

...und das ist dabei raus gekommen. 1 Fertig, noch 3 vor mir, 2 davon Spiegelverkehrt.

Hat jemand eine Idee wie ich das Muster 1:1 spiegelverkehrt auf die nächste Platte übertragen kann?
Dachte evtl an Lack mit einer Rolle fein auftragen und zusammenlegen. Danach dann wieder abschleifen.
Was meint ihr?

Das sind jetzt 10 gerade Verschraubungen und 6 Winkel. Hab aber heute festgestellt das ich evtl noch 4 Gerade brauche, dafür aber 4 Winkel nicht. Das muß ich nochmal abändern.
Ausserdem habe ich noch schwarze Rändelschrauben bestellt.

Von Lumitronix sind 5m RGB Flexlights und ein RGB Controller gekommen

Heute ging es wieder mit dem fräsen der Kanäle weiter.

Zuerst habe ich aber mit Lack Probiert das zu kopieren, das gefiel mir aber nicht.

The cover will then come off inside you can not see the screws. However, the cover page will be 3mm survive beyond the current case. Maybe I'll then bevel the side cover to 5cm width 3mm, so the result is a rise outwards.
