I'm not watching the Rugby anymore, it's BS. The ref's don't have a continual ****ing clue.

It's not even over yet but they might seem to have already etched SA's name on it at half time it seems.

His knee (which is part of his leg, though the ITV commentators think the leg is only the bottom part of the limb) was touching the line as the ball was grounded therefore it's not a Try.

I agree, I can't understand people that cry whenever their team gets beaten, it doesn't happen too much with rugby, but in the Association version of Football you get the idiots that need to use a whole box of tissues after their favourite bunch of overpaid wusses got beat by another bunch of overpaid wusses. The only people it really affects is the teams taking part..

its all because of their love of the sport and the passion for their team. personally i havent seen anything to bad but always think the english are pretty bad for it as they obsess about just a few victories mainly world cup wins (1966 and 2003 mainly) and they always go on that this is the year for england.

if england were robbed of skill along time ago when were the scots robbed of skill

They couldn't have been too bad to have made it to the final, just not as good as SA.

IMO, that try should have counted, but SA still deserved the win.

Inconsistant Ref, But in the end England gave the match away with silly mistakes. And no ammount of "Ifs and Buts" will change the fact that SA were the better side.
I would have LOVED england to win it again but it wasnt to be. Id love to go out drinking with some SA guys now as it would be a hell of a party!

EDIT:!!! AND not to mention the fact the England managed to get to the final As defending champions! An Effort thats for sure.

QFT. Rugby is a game which is built on a strict system of rules and the rules classify this as not a try.

No contest, SA were far better...

But England deserved that try... I reckon if that counted, SA wouldn't have got another point on the board, and England would have then creamed them...

England scored what 12 tries in the tournament! I'm glad they lost not because i particularly dislike england but because they're winning two on the trot would have been the death knell for decent rugby it would have said look why bother playing properly when you can get a couple of drop goals and scrape through.

I dunno, over here we're still convinced it was a try. Not quite sure how it wasn't. But oh well, not too bothered. Gave away too much and the decisions didn't go our way, nevermind eh? England were the more entertaining side but SA outplayed them consistently. Their line-outs were remarkable.

That ref was blind. He managed to ignore quite a few rules being broken by the South Africans but managed to pull England up time and again on exactly the same things.
