I love the subject you picked too... Not too big a fan of the Sailor series, but always a fan of hot anime chicks
Maybe one day I'll try my hands at some engraving my favorite drawing by J Scott Campbell (not exactly anime) but I'm a big fan of his style...

I use a tracingpaper. I´m a bit unsure of what it´s called in english but i think it is carbonpaper or something similar =) (anyone who knows the name of it is free to correct me)

 

Hey Everyone, i´ve been very short on time these past 2 weeks, managed to get a little done on HOTD, and i have a suprise in store for friday.

For today i´m just gonna drop a little pic on the Tifa engraving, nothing much done tho

 

Friday today.

And Samus is almost finished, the only parts left are the helmet, right arm joint and lastly a little hair.

Hey, yea the lack of updates has been long, i´ve been very busy with work and friends.
With some luck il be able to get some work done during the coming 2 weeks.

 

Well as some may have figured i was unable to update a long time ago, been very busy with Christmas, friends birthdays and trying to be generally more social.

Today tho i´ve started working more on Tifa, There´s still lots to go, need to finish the head tomorrow and then i will start filling things in, depending on how much spare time i have this week i might continue on samus to try to get that done.

New update today, like i said

Finished most of the linework, still need to fix up some areas but i´ll do that as i work on filling in the areas.

Much better colour today aswell as the lighting was better.

I haven´t finished Samus yet, she´s still in the state as the latest pic.

Just need to finish the tifa engraving for my friend first, He´s missing his sidepanel

This forum needs more people commenting ^^

I should have tifa done this week, i´ll be fixing on it in the weekend if it aint finished by then, once that is done, im gonna do a quick fix on the HOTD engraving and that will be finished as only a small piece of the shoe and shirt is left.

Then samus will be fixed, only the helmet and some hair + armcannon bit needs some love.

Depending on what answers i get from various sources i´ll be doing a secret engraving after that
