Refunding the victims of false promises in crowdfunding is certainly a good thing.
However I can't help but feel that in the case of Shenmue 3 it should be Deep Silver paying for the refunds rather than Epic.
The whole idea of a major publisher getting involved with crowdfunded games seems far more dodgy to me than changing the store for which the game key is provided.
It seems as silly as demanding a refund for a physical Kickstarter reward because it will be shipped via UPS rather than Parcelforce.
