Just read that the EPII DVD will be released in November ( Just in time for XMAS. Hmmm.... Subtle, George ). Guess what's on my list for Sanity Clause! http://www.dvdanswers.com/index.php
ill be buying it as well but i have doubts that its going to be anywhere near as good as the first dvd. i just hope they put in the secret bloopers reel like they did on the first one.
To be perfectly honest, I don't watch extras that much. And If I do watch them, they only get the one viewing. But it was a pretty damn loaded DVD. Just a shame that the film wasn't up to much. Not that that stopped me from seeing it multiple times at the Cinema (first time round I was an uber sad Fanboy and flew to NY to see it before it came out over here) or buying the DVD. Thank god that EPII was much better!
the special feature on the ep1 dvd were perhaps the best i have seen. the hidden outtakes were a riot, the real long vid of them actually making the movie (clips from casting to premier) was really interesting and funny at times. the multiple starting menus was a real nice touch and the deleted scenes were pretty damn good to. while the ep 2 movie was much better in ways than ep 1 its gonna be hard to top the ep1 dvd.
Looks like we're getting it first for a change! Star Wars DVD has November debut "Star Wars Episode II is to make its DVD and video debut in the UK on 11 November - a day before it is released anywhere else in the world. " T-Minus 4 and Counting...
I have EP I/IV/V/VI in HQ DivX, I get the feeling that it won't be long before II is added to that list... Wish I could afford the DVDs though!
