Hi guys, I'm on the hunt for a new keyboard. Basically I use my left pinky on the CTRL button a lot (gaming and daily work) and I'm now feeling the effects of RSI/Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in that finger. Does anyone know any other alternatives to the QWERTY keyboard or a way to save my little finger from being broken by the age of 30? Ta!
Make me smile to see Dvorak, I don't use it myself but I tend to use it more as a prank in the office. Set Dvorak, then set system language to Russian. This is the utter last resort to kill all other pranks played on me.
What about a HHKB lite? It has control where CAPS is, and caps is a fn tab, that way you don't use your pinky so much.
Problem is I also use my pinky for shift, cut and paste short cuts...everything. My pinkie does a lot of work! so basically It's getting knackered out. I need to stop using it altogether! I'd prefer it if the space bar was divided up into space, shift, alt and ctrl and put my thumbs into a bit more use....
