Windows error message :-(

    i'm trying to get a game running for my 3 year old but get this error message

    What year is the game and what windows is it designed for? If it's for an older version try running in compatibility mode if you haven't already.

    have tried compatability and resolution but that did not work:(

    have sorted it now due to some help elsewhere ;) it needed some files replacing back in the correct place.
