Just thought I would start a thread to see if there is anyone going to the Euro Gamer Expo in London?

What games are we all excited to play?

I think Batttlefield 3 might be the one to watch out for this year!!!!!! ;)

Yep, I'm going. First games expo thingie so really looking forward to it.

Looking forward to finally getting my hands on SWTOR and GW2. I'd like to check out Saints Row: The Third as well if I can. BF3? Hmm, would like to get a chance to watch it, but I'll wait to play it.

    Yeah there's some decent games!
It is the first time I'm going as well this year. I heard it was pretty good last year from a few people! I'm a little bit guttered that Modern Warfare 3 is not available to play though would have been nice to play it before it came out!

Is there anything else cool that is going to be cracking off?

I'll be going on Saturday with some friends... we have some pretty awesome custom Battlefield T-Shirts that we'll be hoping to show off to the devs :D.

And on a more personal note, i'll be camping over at the SWTOR booth since it's my most anticipated game of the year.

Other than that, it'll be a nice mix of Arkham City, Guild Wars 2, Mass Effect 3, Assassin's Creed: Revelations and Ninja Gaiden 3.

Am disappointed that the BF3 Dev. Session is on the Thursday (i'm going on Saturday - hopefully i won't be stuck with all the kids :() and even more annoyed that the reason i didn't choose Thursday was because it was originally Journalists/Games access and no Dev Sessions.

At least i've got the SWTOR Dev. Session to look forward to =].

I had a blast; loads of games to see and test although some of the queues were frustratingly long; I'm looking at you PlayStation Vita.

It was your typical nerd convention, I am glad I got some decent freebies (an onlive console and other stuffs)

I went with a load of mates, it was fun.

    I had a good time.

As people said, queues were long (i'm looking at you OnLive, Arkham City and Skyrim).

I ended up playing Battlefield 3 and SW:TOR.

Also went to the SW:TOR Meet n' Greet afterwards.

All in all, it was a great day out.

Had a great time there yesterday ;D Can safely say their Over 18's section is pretty strict, got turned away (N)

Managed to play Skryim though, which was pretty good, Standing a foot away from a 40 inch TV playing the Xbox Version completely killed it though, could easily see jagged edges on basically everything and i never found a dragon :(

Might have 2/3 CS:GO beta keys left for people on here though...

(Who else got a picture with the blonde WipeOut girl? ;D)

Good to see people had fun. I met a couple of people on Friday night who went to the expo - they came to the Trion/Rift London Gathering at Earl's Court in the evening with bags of stuff they got from the expo and they were going back the next day too - the idea of starting to queue 2 hours before the start seemed crazy to me.

I went with low expectations and had a good time, there was a lot of queing but played a few games and saw lots more.

even got a free onlive console (which i've already sold on ebay, as the service doesn;t work or looks terrible for me on my rubbish 3mb broadband.)

I got there at about 10:30, and the que didnt start moving forward until 11, but i was inside at around 11:15... Anyone getting there 2 hours before kinda wasted their time as it moved so quickly, your place didnt matter all that much
