Has any one played EvE-Online on windows vista yet? I am unsure if its my computer, drivers, for what. I run up to 3 accounts on my at one time (mostly 2) and it just sucks. On windows XP I could run 3 AND still watch a movie, browse the net, etc. My system is as follows: Asus CROSSHAIR AMD X2 4200+EE (65W) 1GB of Ram (unfortunatly, its off brand atm) Asus 7600GT and EVGA 7600GT (Hooked up to run SLI but not because of my screen setup (Will post pic when get home, can't get to photobucket from work)) 2x 36gb Raptor in RAID 5 My score on vista is 4.5 (cause of ram and cpu) and i have all the updated drivers. The main problem is the the system chokes when it tried to run client let alone even two. Any ideas? Ok done rambling, hope you can decifer what my problem is.
You just mad cause you loose all your stuffs ... you show me a better MMO Edit: that isn't insainly repetative (e.g. Wow)
EVE isn't a free MMO. I assume you're actually booting the client up fully, rather than just sitting in the horribly system-hogging sign-in area of the client? The EVE Forums are more likely to be helpful as well, as there are bound to be more Vista - EVE'rs there than here.
Remember Vista uses more of your system than XP does, so 1GB may not be enough. Hope this is of some help. Sam
