With a fresh blade, an X-Acto knife is as sharp as a surgeon's scalpel, and can
make an incision finer than a paper cut.

    As you've found out. :thumb:

Ecch... I've done that a few too many times myself :duh: It's always a trip with a new blade, because you don't really feel it cut. You just start spewing blood cells everywhere. The best part is going over it in your mind over and over till you go into shock and hurl :D

ok, so guys in the uk maynot have something called that oops :)

basically it's a medicated cream that helps with the healing and prevents infection of wounds.

i guess that what you get from a canuck on the forum, confusing names for things.

Welcome to the knackered digit club mate :)

Many moons ago I managed to slice the nail root on my thumb so the nail now grows with little ridges along it :)

You can see a little V thats missing from it now.

btw the UK name for Polysporin is Polyfax - it is usually used in the UK for eye infections or bacterial skin infections. It is usually prescribed by a doctor

when you cut yourself with an exacto knife, it burns like like. Like maybe when you pee after having sex with a dirty hooker. Stiching up is a bad idea, sounds like someone without medical insurance and possibley someone who need to go see a phycologist.

I have one that can top that. I nailed the fleshy part between my thumb and first finger with a small drill bit. I was drilling and it slipped...long story short, It really hurt.

But I didn't think of stitching it myself. cool man, that'll leave some nice scars! Modding scars always make good stories!
