How or what paints does the falcon-nw.com "Falcon Northwest" team use to acheive those base exotic colors? Or if I should rephrase as in how to acheive those pearl essence like colors? Info or directed links to my question would be helpful? :thumb:

Hahaha.. Well I do have an airbrush system but not automotive grade. I am just curious if someone could shed some light on what the products they use or similar but "cost effective" alternatives.. If possible.

well, get some krylon, do a REALLY nice job applying it, then put about 7 coats of clear coat on it. Im serious this time.

But yeah nothing can match a FNW paint job :sigh:

Well I am sure thats not the only alternative ive seen some "and excuse my girlish term" but sparkly paint that can be added into an enamel mix for like 4.99 but im not sure how that would look. Still I am curious if someone can or knows of a way to replicate the Falcon-NW.com "Falcon Northwest" Style paint scheme.

in respsonse to your question, use a dremel instead of a lightsaber when working with plastics, like acrylics
