Windows expanding or moving start button?

i like the double-sized taskbar so i can have a loaded quick start toolbar that doesn't take up a lot of room for my apps.

it's kinda of annoying that the start button isn't all the way down in the corner.

how, if possible, do i either push it down to the corner or expand it down?

Try using windows blinds and stardock skin studio

 

i dont want windowblinds on here. and isnt stardock the same thing?
