Is it easy to change my external usb things, to internal usb? Like can i just rip off the external connector, and slap on a header with the wires matching (matching the right spots and all) and would that be it? Im gonna put my psx controller to usb adapter into the case but i dont really want to have to plug it into the external port (since ill have an extra internal header)
I never did it that way, but I don't see any problems. If you don't have all the tech info check out this before you start http://www.usbman.com/Guides/BelkinMotherboard_cable_assembly.htm . Unless you have reason/desire to do otherwise I suggest to tear apart the USB I/O bracket that likely came with your mobo and use the pigtails as adapters.
