He doesn't need to be a genius to make it like he was home from facebook, he has to be really stupid as well as the judges who though of it as an excuse for not being in the crime scene. Non the less his lucky good for him. Also, everyone who has been declared not guilty, even if he actually did the crime, is not guilty in my opinion, he was smart enough to outwit most of the people. (although I feel this guy was just too lucky.)
Why would they not take his father and step mothers word for it? Why did it need Facebook to "prove" his innocence. Isn't it innocent till proven guilty, and with his parents their as alibis would it not count? Or am I missing some part of American "justice"?
