Block their posts, if any of my Facebook friends started making religious posts then I would just delete them.

One thing you can start with is your feed settings for a particular person. You can have your feed only show "important" posts. Also, take the tic off of "comments and likes." You will get less of that stuff then. There's quite a bit of granularity to the settings.

That being said, I keep some people as FB friends for the sheer comedy value. Although I've not yet learned to read updates without some form of liquid in my mouth. Poor keyboards.

Or... Not use Facebook... Been working for me for ages..

(I do still get the occasional sideways look when I tell people that though)

Some people post some personal crap on there though like having a full blown domestic with their boyfriend.

Occasionally (like once a year) i might write something drunk in the heat of the moment really simple like "College is so ****" and end up waking up in the middle of the night just to delete it because i feel stupid.

I personally enjoy facebook, though I ahve to admit to occasionally having to force myself not to comment on somne things. Be they religious, political or sjut retarded.

I personally TRY to (and fail a lot, but a lot less than I used to) stay positive and NOT spread negativity into the world.

Yeah I still getting people thinking it's incredibly strange I don't use it. It seems to be a huge source of aggravation for most users.

Hence why I have disabled all notification from FarceBook years ago, and only ever use it if friends are using it to organise meetups (*Looks at Aria & CPC Mumble folks*)
